how to tail whip

Make sure you have a jump you know you can clear.
Swing your forward foot back so that you can kick the bike out with your back foot.




Whip the bike around, the motion is all in the arms.

bring your "back" foot up so that the frame can come back under you.

Bring your "forward" foot to the forward pedal.Bring your "back" foot to the back pedal.Also if it helps you, you can also plant you feet on the cranks arms.
